The Malik General Management Model® is used to assist management. It contains the sub- systems Introduce your managers (many of whom have never codified their thoughts on how to manage) to the Malik General Management Model. This provides a language and a framework for them to improve how they manage. It describes the sub-systems needed for the overall management or institutions of any type and any size.
